Fancy a brew mug

Fancy a brew? The phrase that accompanies all major life events and gatherings and one which the Blob Birds were adamant needed to be included on the front of a fine china mug!

The Blob Birds start life as ink drawings (created by me) before being turned into water transfers that are applied to the mug and fired in the kiln to around 870'c.

Designed to be used and enjoyed everyday, my mugs have a good sized handle that make them easy to hold. The elongated shape and china clay body keep your drink wonderfully warm, and they hold a good sized half pint of whatever you fancy!

My mugs have duel nationality, being design in either Betty the Wondershed in Lancashire, or across the border at The Local Motive in Yorkshire. They are hand decorated and fired by my friends down in Stoke-on-Trent, the home of all things pottery.

Your mug will arrive beautifully packaged in a gift box made from recycled paper, ready to treat yourself or gift a loved one, friend or colleague. If you would like me to include a personalised note and post the mug direct to someone else, please make sure to include a note at the checkout.

My fine china mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe (although they prefer to be hand washed) and are approximately 15cm tall and 10cm in diameter.
